Right first of, I know that women are suppose to have that little bit under the belly button for when they have Guyren.

Well.... you will need to tone even more like. Just that area. Pushups, Situps, Crunches, OBLIQUES~!!!!!, i'm even less % than you i'm like 10 or 11 and i still can't see my abs :( i'm almost flat though!! just keep trying. !! it's great that you already work out as much, you just need to define your abs now, (yesss crunchesss) try doing this in the followign order:
-20 lunges each side
-20 squats
-50 push ups with intervals if you need them
-50 obliques w/ intervals if you need them
-50 crunches with intervals if needed
-50sit ups with intervals if neeed
-20 vsits with intervals if needed
FINALLY
50 obliques again, just DONT STOP. it will hurt like hell but don't stop. if this is too intense try doing half. instead of 50 do 25 & work your way up. and do different types of cardio isntead of just HIIT try jogging, and then swiming, then playing different sports (just makes it easier basically)

i really do think it's great that you don't drink soda or unhealthy food.
lastly, you could just be eating too much salt w/ your healthy food..???

Abs like those are sometimes not even realistic. Keep in mind that professional pictures are taken in the best lighting and touched up on a computer, so they might not even look like that in real life.

Okay, so I just want to know what would be the best way for me to get more defined abs without losing my already less-than-spectacular bust size.
First of all, I by NO MEANS think I'm fat. I just want a little more definition in my abs.

Most of my 'belly pooch' is in the lower area of my stomach. My waist measures about 30 inches, wheras my lower abdomen/hip region measures about 33 1/2-ish inches. My bust size is a 35 1/2.

So do I need to burn fat before I can start developing abs, and will burning fat cause me to loose bust size? Or do I just need to tone with ab workouts and skip the cardio? What's my best option?
