| you do sit ups but on your side. so you get into a sit up position but then just go onto your side. do 3 sets of 20 of 25 and up how many times you do when it satrts to get harder. |
I love my butt, but hate the cellulite on the back of my legs. Any suggestions? I love the way my butt looks right now, I love it's size and everything but I have cellulite on my legs on the sides & back of my thighs (right below the butt). Any suggestions to help reduce/get rid of it?

| Well what you coulddd do is try to start running a little bit and maybe jump rope and stuff that'll get rid of any extra fat that is bugging you. Drink more water as it could just be water weight that you're retaining. In the meantime, try to wear pants that sit higher on your waist so they're not like RIGHT under your love handles. Also get dark jeans or jeans with small back pockets as this will minimize your butt. Good luck! |

You can work your abs and butt without all of that fancy equipment. Use every ab machine there. Do about 50 reps on each. There is the one where you lay down and hold onto the handles to do crunches and the one where you sit upright, cross your arms in front and crunch forward. And use the one that twists your waist.
For your butt, do about 20-30 reps of squats and lunges. Also that machine that you can change the positions and do legs raises is great, but it is kinda tricky, so you may need to ask for assistance with that one.

Once I wrapped my entire lower half in surran wrap ...it does work to maybe get those jeans zipped. Leave on and take a nap..just make sure you pee first..and don't have to walk very far to the couch..just plop down is preferable. You may dream you are a mermaid.!!
On a more sensible note.. Have you ever tried belly dance? The outfits are fun,it makes you feel pretty and sexy,your mate will love it and best of all it's GREAT to tone and shape the very area you are concerned with.

Unfortunately there is no way to spot reduce a particular area with exercise. The best thing for the long run is to exercise consistently at something you love to do. I work out every day, but do different things to keep from getting bored - yoga one day, tennis the next, lifting weights in the gym the next and so on.
I had trouble with diet too but finally lost 30 pounds when I adopted a whole foods, plant-based diet. It works for me because I could eat a lot of food and not get hungry! The web site below helped me a lot with sample meal plans. I signed up for the free newsletter too which has great tips to keep me motivated. Hope it helps you!

Running/Jogging is the best thing for you!
You can't exactly lose weight in certain parts of your body-it's more of an all-over losing weight/fat. But doing running will help you the best way. Also using incline on the treadmill or running up hills is also great.
Start doing a bit of weight lifting-just two-three times a week. (I do upper-arms, back/shoulders, abs/obliques one day of the week and legs, butt the other time) |
